battery has a good charge.
Solonoid box just clicks but will not start engine.
Pull start will not start engine either.
My dad checked the spark plug wire and there is no currant coming from the spark plug wire. This is a brand new just assembled 50cc gocart and I don’t know what else to do, Im getting no response from customer service from the company I ordered it from. Any suggestions? My son comes home in a couple of days from his dads and this was to be his birthday present but I have no idea what to do!

i just bought a used pocket rocket its a 110cc gs821 , this thing is tore apart , it was givin to me with a birds nest of wires and i dont know ware anything goes and everything cut , i do know the motor is complete minus the starter , does any1 here know a way to get it running with just the basic stuff , its got a coil for spark and its got 2 wires (1 ground and one hot ? ) and its got a stator cover with 4 wires coming out of it ( no clue ware those go ) and also the cdi box is there ( no clue how to wire that up ) im just lost on getting this thing running , and also this things got 4 speeds but no way to change them ( does it do it by itself ? ) .,. someone with any input would be a help , im honestly just thinking of throwing a 5hp gocart motor on it but id like to get this running

I want to make a engine powered by a 250lb car air compresssor. i want to make a gocart or somthing.
im 13 and want a ride. i read you can use a car battery to power the compressor. i have two from trying to fix my old lawn mower.
my neighbor is a engine guy. he used to own the junkyard up the road. he’ll fix broken mowers and sell them in his yard. he showed us a shriner cart he has with a mower engine. he elling it and said i wouldn’t want it because it always needs repair… should i get it anyway… its really fun.

I wanted to buy a small car. Initially, I wanted the MINI because of its unique look and feel, yet I haven’t test driven one yet. But considering the gocart handling and the doubt of its safety, I was looking into alternatives. I was told by a coworker NOT to get a Volkswagen coz of her problems with brakes or something. Is this true of all Volkswagens? Coz I’m considering getting a Rabbit, cute in its appearance…yet still uncertain of its quality and safety…Are there still Honda hatchbacks or derivatives of such? I would get one as a last resort, being that my last car that lasted for 12 years (just sold) was also a Honda. I’m looking for a new driving experience that’s enjoyable and safe….Please help me.? i made the go cart frame myself and then i built up my go cart and put on a 18.5 hp lawnmower engine and it goes about 70 mph top speed i also have seat belts, turn signals in the front and back, brakes, brake lights, and headlights i put about 2 years of work into the go cart and i think it would be pretty cool to make it street legal so is there anyway i can do this?

Its a 1980 something honda odyssey fl-250. I am having issues with the stock 250 motor’s stator assembly. I am also tired of putting money into this engine. I had the idea that if I do a little fab work, and a lot of scratching my head I might be able to find a crotch rocket that someone wrecked, that I could pick up for cheap, and take the engine/tranny from it to fab to the odyssey. I realize this will be a lot of work, but not impossible. My plans are to get a 600/1000cc engine and tranny from a cbr or similar. Mount it on the rear of the cart. Remove stock gear case/centrifugal clutch. Then fab the mounts, and use the same chain drive to a sprocket on the rear axle (live axle). The shifter will hopefully mount up to my left side (while driving) and place a mechanically actuated clutch pedal in the foot well. This would use the same stock shifter, new clutch assembly, and still be able to give it some gas while shifting. {gas on handle bar on right side, brake same on left} The issue thus far has been finding an engine that someone crashed, but that is still in good shape with the tranny, for a somewhat cheap price. Once I have that, then the fun of getting it all to go together starts. I for see a lot of welding, moving the seat, and lots of $$ going into this, might be cheaper to build one from scratch… but where is the fun in that.

Any help on finding an site to look at engines (other than auction) and any input on how fucking dumb i must be is welcome. Also if you have anything that might help, be it a engine/tranny, or even some way to hook it up in mind let me know.

btw i live in the akron ohio area… so if you know of a salvage/junk yard with sport bike engines/trannies thanks so much.

i dont know what of oil it uses it is a [169cc subarbu robin6.5hp].the brand of the gocart is manco scorpion606. I do not know which oil to buy

air filter. it hardly goes fast, maybe 10-15mph tops with a jerking and wont make it up a hill and on acciason will cut off on you.. can you please tell me why this does it and how to fix it..
