I’m looking at the Clicgear brand of golf cart. They have the same model, but with different kind of wheels. The 2007 model is pneumatic (air filled) and the 2008 model is spoked plastic with a solid piece of rubber around the outside. I’m wondering which one to get — I hear pneumatic is easier to push on all surfaces and absorbs shocks, but then you have to inflate it and deal with flat tires. The only good thing with the plastic wheels is that I dont have to worry about anything, but the ride is going to be less pleasant than the air filled tires — although there’s no way I can test this unless I buy both carts. Any suggestions?
Here’s the link:

Thanks

They are constantly staring at us. So how can we give them something to stare at? we have a golf cart! 2 kids (11, and 12, that they LOVE to stare at.) We also have a dog, but she’s very old and lazy. we thought about going over multiple times and saying "Keep your eyes out for the snake! he got out again!" and then pulling out later with a paper or plastic snake. What do you think? Any ideas?

I want to have atleast forward and reverse but if i can find one i would like to have different speed gears too. Please let me know what i can use and where i can get it. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
So do yall think i can get a transmission off of a small ATV and use it on a go cart? I am assuming that i will have to find one that is chain driven right?

I have a 1994 Ez Go gas golf cart that we just bought. While you are driving it will die. You can let off the gas completely and press the pedal back down and will start and go again. It runs fine other than this. What could be causing this? And how do i fix it?

An Orthodox Jewish family lives in the apartment next to ours. I have become good friends the mother of their family. (Mother of TEN children, aged baby through teenager.) We were shopping together the other day and she was piling diapers into her cart. Not just baby diapers but diapers of all different sizes, all the way up to adult. She told me that for the "Seder", the family dinner on Passover evening, everyone wears a diaper so they don’t have to take any breaks. Apparently the dinner (which is also a prayer service of sorts) can go into the "wee" hours of the night. She told me many Jewish people do this, but have you ever heard anything like this? I know my kids would freak out if I wanted them to wear diapers. But I guess her kids are used to it, so it isn’t strange to them.

How hard is it to add a shopping cart to a website? I have no clue how to go about doing this. Do I need to know any programming languages?
Should I have someone at the hosting company put the shopping cart in? Do they do that? How much do they charge?
What is a genuine net trader site?

Believe it or not, it’s for a painting I’m going to do. I need words that either rhyme with art or have the word art within the word.
Here are the ones I’ve thought of but I’m sure there are more I’ve missed:
SMART
MART
CART
DART
PART
TART
START
WART
HEART
And, of course F ART, which I won’t be using.
Can you guys come up with anything else?
Thank you, and Happy Holidays!
Yowhat, your answer is great but for the canvas it’s got to be one word, not combinations of words. I thank you for the ones you’ve provided.

I want to build a go-cart from scratch as a summer project. I would like to build one from a push lawn mower engine, and i don’t have a lot of money to start out with. Can anyone recommend either a good book or any Step-by-Steps on how to build a go-cart from scratch. Or, can anyone just help me out on how to build one.
I don’t really know where to begin….

I know I do after I watched the report on GMA. They found fecal matter on grocery carts. That’s just disgusting if you ask me. If people only washed their hands more often our health care costs would go down. People go in public with everything imaginable. YUK!!!!! So, if your store gives them, do you use them?
I can see boosting our immune systems but come on…..fecal matter??? Who wants to become immune to someone elses sh*t???
I don’t have OCD. LOL. Lighten up!!

Today my friends and I went to Walmart and one of my friends got on one of those handicap electric carts at Walmart. He wasn’t hurt or obese, and the workers didn’t say anything. Are people allowed to use them even if you have no physical problems.

My son is 10 months old, sits independently but is not crawling yet (any day now!). We go out to eat at least twice a week and usually we bring him in in the carseat carrier and then he sits on my husband’s lap for most of the meal, eating little bites from our plates. If we’re eating something that needs two hands, we set him in the carseat for a little while. Usually we either have the carseat on a booth bench, on a stable chair, or in one of those "carseat holders" that some restaurants have.
When I’m on my own with him in a restaurant, I bring a booster seat with tray that has safety straps. I can’t stand that carseat.
So far we haven’t put him into one of those wooden highchairs that restaurants have for kids, and we haven’t put him into a grocery cart seat either. (At the grocery store I have him in the BabyBjorn.) I’m afraid that he’ll lean over and fall out!
How old were your kids when you started putting them in these chairs/seats? Did they try to escape/fall out?

Or would you go down your stairs, into a wall, etc..?

The most economical thing would be to hold it in our home – but that is ABSOLUTELY not an option. The weather is scorching outside, so if we were to do something outdoors it would have to include water. Blow up Waterslide at home, again, would be perfect but not an option. We’ve done bowling, Chuck E Cheese, go carts (first birthday outside and kids were dying). The theme parks are all asking + per kid, not to speak of an adult so that’s out of the question. I’m kinda stumped. Thought about doing a Bakugan thing, but not all kids have/or are into that – there’s approx a total of 6 kids + 4 siblings and 5 adults. At a complete loss this year – its for next month. Maybe Wekiva Springs nature thing, my kid likes to fish – but other kids might think it lame? Any Ideas?

I was golfing one time in a foursome. We had 2 carts, and for the first 9 holes my friend Blake drove our cart.
At hole 10 we teed off and then I hopped in the driver’s seat.
Blake got into the passenger side.
The path went down a steep, narrow, sharp curve with trees on either side.
There was a sign that read "steep hill – please slow down".
I floored it.
As I made my decent I quickly realized that I had made a terrible mistake.
There was no way I could make the turn at the speed which I was travelling.
I hastily slammed the break pedal.
The rear end fishtailed to the right, slamming into the trunk of a large tree.
It ricocheted off to the left, smashing another tree.
The breaks were not doing any good at all and we were headed straight for a tree that came up from the base, and split off into two symmetric upward straights.
I could tell that the cart would pass in between the two sections of the tree, but beyond it was a 6 foot drop onto the fairway below.
Blake jumped out, tucked and rolled onto the ground.
I couldn’t risk it either, and jumped out soon after.
The cart carried on, unmanned, unchanged in its trajectory towards the inevitable plummet.
It barely scraped through the split tree and plummeted down to the grassy plateau below.
I watched as it continued to speed through the fairway, and hurriedly sped after it.
I jumped down the small cliff and sprinted to the left side of the hurtling pile of scrap.
Hopped back into the seat, suppressed the breaks and finally brought it to a stop.
Long story short, the machine was wrecked.
I need a really cool, really short way to describe this tale.
I am asking in R&S because I know there are a lot of crazy people here.
Nuts make great story tellers, as we can see with people like H.P. Lovecraft.
Can you help me out?

alright! You guys convinced me to buy another clutch >< (i’ll slap you across the face later). Heres what i’m thinking will be an everyday occurance on this gocart.
1) High Speeds
2) Gas and brake alot
3) Sharp corners and steep hills
4) offroad jumps and mud
my back tire is right at 15 inches (16 or 17 with the trend)
the whole go cart with me weighs around 225 pounds
My engine is 196cc at 6.5hp
my gear ratio is 1:6 (10 on clutch 60 on axle)
my max RPM’s is 3600
would this clutch be suitable?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MINIBIKE-GO-KART-GOCART-PARTS-3-4-CLUTCH-40-41_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem53e030cfa9QQitemZ360243580841QQptZGoQ5fKarts#ht_514wt_913
Also, I have burned out a cheaper clutch before in about 20 minutes on my go kart. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening again? (I just learned you have to oil them, i think that was my problem)
Thanks for your advice!
Drew
