    Easy. Mount the engine on the left and up high. Use pulleys and a belt. The belt will simply twist to the rear sheave on the axle. The hard part is to clutch it. They make a variable sheave that mounts to the engine, and the width of the pulley narrows with acceleration. They also make one for the rear axle, that widens with acceleration. Basically, the drive system from the old honda odessy, but with a twist.

    dont try it i ruined a perfecly good mower by turning it in to a go cart it worked but it was the slowest thing

    A problem might be the lack of a blade on the motor. The blade on these things act like a flywheel and without them they run like crap. You may be able to remedy this by screwing with the idle air fuel mixture on the carbureator until you get it right. On newer motors that have to meet clean air requirements though you may no b able to adjust this though.
