of course! Some are designed specifically for this, and some you have to manipulate slightly to get them to work, but either way they do.
Probably. I know ours doubles as a highchair cover. Try it out and see, just make sure it’s not stopping you from safely strapping your baby in.
Ya they fit just the same. One of my friends brought her little boy to my baby shower which we had at a restaurant and she brought the shopping cart cover and put it in his highchair and it kept him entertained. I thought it was a neat idea I had never even seen them before.
