tell me which way to bend the float metal thing that touches needle for over flow and tell me the symptoms of overflowing?
tell me the way to bent the float metal part that touches needle for too little gas and symptoms of little gas?

   When adjusting any carb there are 2 main things. Your throttle adj. and your mixture adj, turning the needle left will lower the idle/mixture, and right will increase them.

   If it is over flowing you will smell unburned gas and it will stall out on you.

   if it dosent have enough gas it will stall out when you step on the throttle.
   Adjusting it is just a matter of trial and error if you havent done this before.
