ok so im 15 and ive been saving up money for all the parts of my first ever pc build and ive basically bought everything. Im in the UK so if you link me to newegg i wil not choose your answer( i know it sounds bratty but srsly uk sites only)
I have bought most of the stuff but, i wanted to know of anyone could find me a gr8 deal on some RAM, compatible with this motherboard.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-P5Q-SE-PLUS-Socket/dp/B001GZBDKO (cannot change this i have already got it)
the RAM i was looking at is this:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001DR9JT2/ref=ord_cart_shr
So basically its going to take me 3 months before i can afford that so i was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a better deal, also anyone got any ideas how i can get a cheap OS (64 bit)
Im going to be gaming mostly( why else would a 15 yr old get a computer) but i dont wanna go below 6 gb of ram.
All i have left to buy is the hdd, OS and RAM.

a cart of mass M = 500 kg going around a circular loop-the-loop of radius R = 11 m, as shown in the figures. Assume that friction can be ignored. Also assume that, in order for the cart to negotiate the loop safely, the normal force exerted by the track on the cart at the top of the loop must be at least equal to 0.7 times the weight of the cart.
For this part, the cart slides down a frictionless track before encountering the loop. What is the minimum height h above the top of the loop that the cart can be released from rest in order that it safely negotiate the loop?

Energy Conservation – Physic HW Help?
The two problems below are related to a cart of mass M = 500 kg going around a circular loop-the-loop of radius R = 10 m, as shown in the figures. Assume that friction can be ignored. Also assume that, in order for the cart to negotiate the loop safely, the normal force exerted by the track on the cart at the top of the loop must be at least equal to 0.7 times the weight of the cart. (Note: This is different from the conditions needed to "just negotiate" the loop.) You may treat the cart as a point particle.
a) For this part, the cart slides down a frictionless track before encountering the loop. What is the minimum height h above the top of the loop that the cart can be released from rest in order that it safely negotiate the loop?
first I solved for velocity using –> 2mg=mv^2/R
then plug v in –> mgh=(mv^2)/2 and solve for Height
but I kept getting the wrong answer

I am looking to make an ordinary golf cart go faster in any way possible. I know the centrifugal clutch limits the speed. Can someone please describe how to remove this and provide any other details as to how to make a golf cart go faster – with or without buying new parts.

My brother, my dad, and I have had a bicycle/go-cart thing. My dad always said we would turn it into a go-cart. Every summer my dad would say this summer we are finally going to start building it well this summer we started we had all the parts to build it we just finished it. Now all i need to know is do i need a licence to drive it? If so where do I go to get one?

I was hit in the back part of my heel with a cart…not a shopping cart… a bigger cart from work. There is a big bloody spot and a cut where I was hit. I am having a bit of trouble walking(I have to walk with a limp). I’m sure this is minor…but I was just wondering is this like a sprain? Will it take long for me to be able to walk normal? Or is it just going to be tender for a few days?

The two problems below are related to a cart of mass M = 500 kg going around a circular loop-the-loop of radius R = 15 m, as shown in the figures. All surfaces are frictionless. In order for the cart to negotiate the loop safely, the normal force exerted by the track on the cart at the top of the loop must be at least equal to 0.7 times the weight of the cart. You may neglect the size of the cart. (Note: This is different from the conditions needed to "just negotiate" the loop.)
a) For this part, the cart slides down a frictionless track before encountering the loop. What is the minimum height h above the top of the loop that the cart can be released from rest in order that it safely negotiate the loop?
h = ?
——————————————————————————–
b) For this part, we launch the cart horizontally along a surface at the same height as the bottom of the loop by releasing it from rest from a compressed spring with spring constant k = 10000 N/m. What is the minimum amount X that the spring must be compressed in order that the cart "safely" (as defined above) negotiate the loop?
X = ?m
——————————————————————————–
c) When the car is descending vertically (ie at a height R above the ground) in the loop, what is its speed |v|?
——————————————————————————–
d) At the bottom of the loop, on the flat part of the track, the cart must be stopped in a distance of d = 10 m. What retarding acceleration |a| is required?
|a| = ? m/s2
yes, the height was correct that you calculated

I am working on restoring a small 70′s mower that I got from a neighbor, and I am wondering what kind of electric motor I would need to push maybe up to 250 pounds across some grass in the harshest conditions. What kind of parts would I need?
Here is a picture of what mine kinda looks like (Not that great, super rusty.) http://www.tractorbox.co.uk/forum/uploads/20071002_180156_mustang-front2.jpg

heres what i think would be cool: Like the time where u find dogmeat,u can find a trashed, rusted golf cart. it will be missing some parts that u can find by talking to the owner of the new scrapyard
Owner: Well, a Visitor! what is someone like you doing in a place like this?
You: i was just wondering around and noticed the flipped golf cart. Does it work?
Owner: that old thing? Na that hasnt been up and runnin in years.
You: Oh. Well that Sucks.
Owner: Hmm you seem like my kinda person. Let me make you an offer. THeres a Destroyed hardware store near here that might just have the parts you need to fix it yoursef. Or if your not too handy with a wrench you can bring me the parts and ill do it for ya, but that will cost extra.
You: How much are we talkin for the whole thing?
Owner: 1000 caps for the cart and lets say 100 caps for the repairs if you cant do it yourself. Now remember, you wont all the parts. just the important ones.
You: Sound like a deal. Now where is this hardware store?
Owner: Just north of here. You cant miss it.
You: Ok ill check it out. Thanks
You go into the hardware store and search the building for any useful parts such as these: Headlights, tires, a rusted trunk, sheet metal (to put onto the sides for some damage resistance while driving), bottle of nos(which can be found all over the wastlend much like ammo), and maybe some fluffy dice to hang on the mirror. You return with the parts and purchase the cart. You put hte parts together with the cart (repair skill 70) or pay the owner to put it together.
Owner: Youve made an old man happy seeing that peice of junk runnin again. Linsten, if it ever needs repairs, just drive it down here and ill repair it. no charge. Oh and heres a free bottle of NOS. you dont need it but it will give it a little kick. Try not to inhale any though, it will mess you up. now while your havin fun with your sweet ride, im guna go gamble my caps!
You: Hey wait is that trunk of any use?
Owner: sure is. it can hold some of your stuff. but dont overload it with all your stuff, that cart cant hold too much weight or it might just be goin so slow youd be faster walkin. id say 50 pounds is enough for a little thing like that.
You: ok cool ill remember that.
PERK: GOLF PRO: (intellegence 50 Repair 80) you have made permanent anhancments to your golf cart. It now can carry 100 pounds instead of 50 an any NOS bottle you find will last twice as long. you will also have a 20% chance to not get addicted to NOS.
NOS effects: Charisma + 50, intellegence – 30.
SO WHAT DO U GUYS THINK? GOOD OR BAD AND WHY?

i have an old electric 36v golfcart that has been passed down the family since 1978 and it is on its last legs. all the mechanical parts on it are rusted and etc,(pretty much everything under the hood is shot)
so would it be pratical to go to a local junkyard and buy an old fourwheeler (that actually works) and put the motor in the golfcart (of coarse it would need some custom fitting.)
i figure that if this is pratcical i can avoid buying a new one, and have one that runs off of gas for cheaper.

I used to play this game and i haven’t been able to remember the name of it for months and it’s bugging the crap out of me. You play as a guy and you go around and collect parts for go carts and helicopters to race your enemy. Also, throughout the game you are constantly solving puzzles to open new doors to explore. If anybody remembers the name of this game and where I might be able to get a download or something that would be awesome. Thanks!
sry i cant remember many details about the game cause I played it when I was like 6.

Every year we go camping and we can rent a golf cart. Sometimes they are very slow and I was trying to find out how to make them faster without adding or removing parts. I found this site stating just to tighten a spring but it uses terms that I don’t know, so where can I find a diagram of a golf cart’s inside so that I know where this spring is located? And is it safe? Because I don’t want to kill the engine or break it, just more speed.
https://secure.golfcarcatalog.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=information&step=3&information_id=111
I can’t they don’t offer them. We rent the golf carts from the campgrounds and they don’t have 4 wheelers.

ok i am about to have my 2nd baby, and my daughter will be around 21 months when this one comes. we usually walk her around the grocery store if its me and my hubby (one to wrangle her up when she decides to run a muck, or we just sit her in the cart, depends where we are) but whats the easiest way to shop with 2 babies? i mean in wal mart im not going to want to be pushing a dual stroller and a shopping cart. i dont think it would be very easy holding my daugthers hand as i am pushing a cart. with the new baby, i will sit the car seat in the shopping cart (the front part) but where does my toddler go? this sounds soo silly, but im wondering, how do you shop with your babies??
wow, brainfart! i didnt even think of a sling!! THANK YOU!! YAY

I have a 4-cycle EZGO TXT gas golf cart.
I’ve forgotten to put oil in it for a few months, was driving, and the cart began to slow down, sputter, and click.
I pulled over to the side of the road and called someone to bring oil (as I remembered then). I put plenty of oil in – the cart will still run, but it doesn’t go as fast, doesn’t handle hills well, and will still click once every 5 minutes.
What do I do? Is it still safe to run now that it has oil? Does it just take some time for the oil to lubricate all the parts?

Hey, today I’m gonna go to my local wal-mart to apply for a part-time job there so can I have some advice? What should I expect when I’m pushing carts? Is there any thing I should look out for. Any advice will be good.

i have a 36v electric ez go golf cart (1987 Model). i want to restore it so that it can be reliable enough for everyday use. i also would like it to be gas powered.
i realize that if i want it gas powered i would have to buy an engine and transmission.
i cant find anywhere to buy the parts to do this.
what is the best way to get this cart converted to gas?
—buy an atv and transplant parts?
— buy parts direct (where do i get them?????)

i think yahoo should have a GOLF CART catergory! i have alot of questions regarding golf carts and i cant seem to find a correct place to put these questions… i have tried in the golf section but thats for golfers not golf carts which involes parts and mechanics and other things…. in cars and transportation its confusing because most people go in there to ask or answer about cars trucks or trains so my main question is:
1. HOW CAN I CONTACT YAHOO AND ASK THEM TO MAKE THIS A CATERGORY? how can we make this a catergory
2. do you agree with me? and have you ever been wanting this or had trouble finding answers to golf carts?!
** also in the search engine catergory i think they need to also add EBAY!!
THANKS!!!
