how to you remove the engine breaking in a club car 48 volt golf cart? i am tired of my golf cart slowing down when i am going down hill. is there a wire i can disconnect or something i can do without buying any thing?

Alright. I have a baja reaction 150. And the Baja company does not sell parts for it any more. All i need are Tires and a Battery. But i cant find anywhere that sells them. But with the tires I’m not sure if its the tires or the rims. They go back flat within an hour of filling them up, and there are no holes in the tires. And for a battery would i just have to go to a small engine place? Have not been able to do anything with it since last November.

I am looking for new, big tires for my go-cart and the maximum width can only be 4", and i need to know what the biggest tire size is.

i recently bought a go cart for . it has an awesome body, suspention, brakes and tires. it has a tecumseh engine in it (195 cc); the engine needs a new spark plug, and a carbulator. i will want to just get a new carbulator, instead of a new engine. i do not know which one to buy, or how to install it. if there is website where they sell them can you list it for me and also tell me how to install it.

i have a 2 seater go-cart that has the cage around it which is cool. right now it wont start thought. thats the only REAL problem. other than that the tires are getting wore out and the brakes either need to be tightened or something. i have no clue cause it was given to me so i dont know much about it. so about how much do you think its worth?!!

Over the past summer me and my freinds gathered up some steel pipes, and welded out our own go cart. Everything is done,(we put the axles on, we have tires and rims, we even put some 0.00 ELKA shocks in it, and also have a leather seat, gas gauge, and speedometer.) but we bought an engine and installed it but the engine is a Yamaha Raptor 350cc, is that to big of an engine???

and some have said to use gearing some say bigger drive gear on tire others say smaller which is it? it has a comet 11 tooth main clutch sprocket and i think a 60 tooth on the tire 6" tires( 4×3.5-6)

I have a 6" lift kit on the cart with 23" tires. I am in need of space for the new motor. Should the motor go in from the bottom and build the motor mounts or do the "I" beames get cut some? Any help would be great. Thanks

I’ll try to describe: Imagine a two-wheel dolly with little (8" tall x6" wide) fat tires/aluminum rims, and a metal box with a lid (instead of a flat platform) that holds a car battery. A pair of thick cables run from the battery box to an engine starter (automotive size). The starter is mounted perpendicular on a bar shaped in a half circle (to be able to pick up & hold the starter) that also has a push-button/ solenoid setup attached where your right thumb could press. At the business end of the starter, instead of a gear (like a car starter) there is a flat disc with teeth. Also on this end is a smaller, flat metal, half circle piece for attaching the starter to whatever you want to spin or turn. So – you can pick up the starter, attach/ mount it temporarily to some kind of motor/engine/gear/something, press the button and make "something" spin. There are a few more idiosyncracies, but maybe you get the idea. Any thoughts? Have pics,Hope someone knows! Thanks in advance!!

I am currently building a wooden go kart. The frame weighs about 200 -250 lb and with an average person in it, it should be at most 400lb. There is a 12 tooth clutch sprocket and a 40 tooth axel sprocket. Tire size is 13 in. What speed could I expect it to go around?

a long time ago i saw a shop about junkyard building and they build a go cart in a shopping cart. so besides building the main stuff(engine,chains,new axles and tires, ect.) what else is there?

I have a club car golf cart with normal tires and it i normal hight off the ground I was wondering how do I lift the Cart? I know I want to go with a block lift and do you think 4′ would be enough?

I have a garden cart with pneumatic tires that have gone flat, and can’t get them to inflate when I take them to the gas station because they won’t seal on the rim. Any suggestions?
