I am building a site that will have quite a few products, and I really didn’t want to log into PayPal.com and go through the whole process of generating a button code for each and every product. Is there any way that I could have ‘add to cart’ button on my website that will add my product to PayPal shopping cart, in a way where I can set all the information (such as price) on my end? I am very confused as to how I would do something like this.

Any links to tutorial(s) would be great.

I am not looking to use third party shopping cart apps. I am looking to learn how to build my own, and my only payment method would be PayPal as I don’t have the ability to accept anything else.

My question simply was, how do I create an ‘add to cart’ button and have the products add to a paypal shopping cart? The only way I know how to do this is by logging into paypal, and creating an individual button for each item. I would like to do this in bulk, rather than 1 at a time.

So I’m making a business website from html and I’m wanting to know if you can have something where you can add something to your cart and then proceed to checkout. How would I go about doing that with html?

I have created my entire website and I need to add a shopping cart to it. I’m trying to go the free route, and researching shopping carts has got my mind all twisted. I’m in no form a web designer, but I didn’t think adding a cart would be that difficult. I was wrong! I just need a simple cart for retail items for product, price, quantity (always one since it’s a second hand store), shipping info. I’m trying to get this integrated with my paypal account. Any suggestions or does anyone know someone that could help me?

But when I go to the "sign in" option, my screen goes blank and it never goes to the sign in screen. Someone even sent me the link and it still doesn’t go to it. Everyone else is able to go to this page. What is wrong with my computer that it all of a sudden doesn’t allow me to go there?
FYI, I have the same problems on the Gap website.

When you go to your cart to check out on the converse website there is a little box to enter a promo code for a discount. I am ordering custom shoes and they are about so it would be nice to get a little discount and I googled and looked at almost every site but none of the codes on those sites work. Does any one know of any code I could use?

I am making a website in visual studio asp.net and I want to create a shopping cart but I have no idea how to go about doing this.

On her new website (jennifernettles.com) she has a welcome message that talks about the new shopping cart system. Her old website went down in October so that they could update everything, including the shopping cart. Now it’s up. I was wondering, am I missing the shopping page, or is it probably just not up yet? I am trying to make a website for my wedding invitation business. I have discovered joomla and am trying to find a shopping cart solution that is free that provides the ability to add the invitations to the cart the go through the process of customizing them for the individual.

Is there a program available to do this? It doesnt even have to be compatable with joomla though it would be nice.

I heard of this from my friends mom. She claimed to have printed coupons from the internet and when she went shopping, she bought the items for the coupons she had. Anyways, after using the coupons for the order, the grocery store actually had to give her a dollar, meaning she left the store with a cart full of groceries and more than she went in with. i have a client who ask me to develop the shopping cart website similar with other existing webpage.

the design/layout is a bit different, but when come to registration page, sign in page, post new product page, product list page, and product detail page, the way they display, text, category items…etc its totally all the same! (or may be just the color and font used are different)

can i write at the quotation that "i wont take any risk of being sue for copyrighted blablabla… all the function, images was requested by Company A …. " or something like that? the quotation include all the functions i going to include in the website, the price ….etc , and the quotation will be sign by that company and me.

Ok, here is the deal – I have my own candle business, all is going well without a website – so I figured why not up the anty? I offer custom candles – so I will have 3 drop down menus. The first you pick your scent – I have a bunch of scents to offer, then the second you pick your color. Then the last one, you pick what size you want. How do I link all the buttons so that when they have made all of their selections and click on the ‘add to cart’ button all of the info transfers over?? Please keep in mind, I am an idiot – lol. J/k, I just do not have a whole lot of experience writing code and none linking it all together. Is there an easy way to do this (relatively speaking of course)??

I’ve got an ICT exam in a couple of days and one of the questions will be the impact on ICT for shopping, disabled or work etc. So anyway I remember once seeing or reading about these small little devices where you can go around scanning what ever item you fancied and it will turn up on your list of items scanned on your shopping cart website. Whats it called?? Has it even been invented yet??
If it’s true, it would be very useful to talk about in the exam.

I went to the Zara website, browsed through some clothes and actually found something I really liked, so I clicked on it, and then I couldn’t find a "add to cart" option or ANYTHING like that. All there is is a picture of product, the name, a price, and how to wash it. Can I even buy anything from their site or what?
