So, I am Middle School Competition Cheerleader. I can do the right splits and cart-wheels,round-offs and both of them one handed. But how do I get all my jumps looking perfect again? What should I do to drop the summer pounds? I am also going into 8th grade, weigh 160 lbs ( I know I am overweight. How do I shed those pounds?), and I am 5 feet tall and 7 inches

mine is when i was running barreles when i was 12, i did good through the first to barreles but o the third my headstall fell apart! he ran for the gate and did not stop till he was a bout 3 feet away from the fence, i did a cart wheel over his head over the fence! it did not feel good i had to go to the hospital, i landed on a rock and it cracked my knee cap.

I want to try out for cheerleading at the beginning of April but I really need some tumbling like back handspring and stuff. I am going to take tumbling classes but I do not know how many times I will need to go a week to get a back handspring by beginning of April. I am a beginner and can barely do a cart wheel. Please help.

I’ve had this electric golf cart for 4 years now. This spring I went to the campground to pull it out of my shed. The batteries were low charged as expected. Even when its low charged, it always would move every spring. This time we had to push it. I plugged it in for a few days and when I went back it had fully charged up. I thought great!! I went to move it but it still didn’t move. The motor seems to be fine and sounds like its working but the cart wheels aren’t moving. All it does is shake like it wants to move. Any suggestions on where to look for the problem would be great. Since I live in a rural area, I have to fix it myself. Thanks !!

How can i build a self-propelled go cart that will travel 2 meters? (model car). for my science class I have a go-cart due tommorow and i have the wheels, and the sticks..it has to travel 2 meters and it cannot be pushed. I know you could use rubber bands or mouse traps, any link that could help? thanks!

I know how to do a cart wheel and a back bend, but when i go backwards i’m always to scared, one time i went backwards and hit something and hurt myself, I’m really scared now, how do I over come my fear? How did you learn?

I find it very odd that every time I go to Publix they ask to help wheel my cart to my car. I am not a senior citizen, nor am I disabled. Usually I only have one or two bags in the cart, and I leave the cart inside the store and walk my bags out myself. Do they have some kind of across the board company policy that they have to ask everyone if they want this service?

My cousin is a very good gymnast but she does not go to gymnastics. She wantz to know if she iz to old to join. But remember she never went to gymnastics and can front flip, splitz, handstand, high kick, round off and back hand spring and cart wheel, is she too old?

I’m looking at the Clicgear brand of golf cart. They have the same model, but with different kind of wheels. The 2007 model is pneumatic (air filled) and the 2008 model is spoked plastic with a solid piece of rubber around the outside. I’m wondering which one to get — I hear pneumatic is easier to push on all surfaces and absorbs shocks, but then you have to inflate it and deal with flat tires. The only good thing with the plastic wheels is that I dont have to worry about anything, but the ride is going to be less pleasant than the air filled tires — although there’s no way I can test this unless I buy both carts. Any suggestions?

I learned basic gymnastics on my own like hand stands, cart wheels, splits, tumbles, and all that stuff. If I sign up for gymnastics, would I be able to get into the more advanced classes? Or would I have to go through each class level?

I know I can order the replacement parts online, but I really want to go to a store so that I can actually see all the parts and decide which ones are in good condition before I buy them.

Yesterday I went to Lifetime fitness gym, and I saw a small yellow cart with 4 wheels in each corner. You get on the floor, put your feet on top of that little cart and you start working out your obliques if you just roll the cart with your feet from side to side while you have your hands placed on the floor. I have a fairly small room, which has become wall to wall furnature and i am wanting to make a change. One of the things taking up the most space in the room is my desk(which i only use for my computer) and I am curious if any of you know any alternatives that could be used instead of a big computer desk.. Like a chair with a slide over trey to rest your laptop on, or a small cart on wheels that would be adustable to any height for a chair or bed? I’m really wanting to cut down on all the junk in my room and almost go minimalist, while not loosing too much comfort and ease of operating my computer.
