How much do you think it would cost to build a home in the quiet country area of Missouri with 4 bedrooms, a mini private movie theater, a solarium, a grotto, a four car garage, a one lane bowling alley, a small go-cart track, indoor pool, sauna, office/library, music room, play room for the kids, workshop, art room, a center courtyard, a front courtyard, a workout room, a fruit-tree orchard, greenhouse, and a mini-farm (like a couple of cows, pigs, goats, chickens, and rabbits)?
I’m only going into detail to get a decently accurate guess…
With the information you provided no one can with any certainly give you an answer to your question. We can all guess as to the cost.
What is missing in providing an answer is the number of square feet would you want in the house. Are you gonna have such things marble slab in any of the rooms, importing certain stones and material to build the
house.
How many stories would be in the house or would it be a sprawling estate with separate gyms around the property.
How many acres of land do you plan to utilize to make this dream house of yours a reality and do you currently own the land? Is the property zoned for this type agriculture
Then since it will be a farm how large of silo and barn would you expect to build, fencing for the animals.
I would suggest that you speak with a local contractor with your ideas so he might put these ideas on paper, therefore he would indicate the amount for material and labor.
I might venture to say building this type house in Missouri would be considerably less than building this same structure in California.
Your dream home would be in the range of $900,000 to 1.5 million in Missouri.the value after completion would be around $3.5 million to $4 million. It would take about 9 months to a year to complete the main house and approximately another year to complete the surrounding buildings to make your mini farm work, such as the silo, barns, irrigation system, fences, the necessary roads to navigate the farm.
I can not imagine what you going without elevators if you are going to have more than 3 stories, that is even with an elaborate stairway.
If there are no city utilities there you would have to install several propane tanks for gas generators for electrical systems. Your home would also have to be wired for media reception, such as cable, Wii systems in all rooms.

I am not sure the exact cost for the building. just a guess is near about Rs. 3.5 million for all.
