Curious – Why don't more people build race tracks or mini golf courses in their yards?

Sure gardens look nice, and I definitely enjoy the views, but c’mon! Who doesn’t want to go cart around their house at 25 miles an hour??? Imagine all the money you’d save not having to pay for mini golf! Anyone got other ideas for yard usage? Bumper cars?

    most zoning laws won’t allow it. also they cost money to build.

    I have seen people build putting greens in their yard. It’s a novelty for sure and doesn’t need any permits. I suppose you could do the mini golf course too, the race track you wouldn’t get away with it you would be violating a noise ordinance if one neighbor complains. That is why people use the yard for trees or swimming pools and cement.

    It is as simple as… I like garden and you don’t. This is just a matter of self choices and differences of every human. In your question alone you’ll see the conflict. From mini golf to race tracks. Which one would you prefer? Both, mini golf, or race tracks. Then it will come to my answer. It’s a matter of choice. There you go bud, I hope i didn’t mess up.
