For my e-commerce website, I only use GoDaddy.com for my Domain name and than use http://www.LowPriceBuilder.com for the shopping cart.
I use http://www.LowPriceBuilder.com for few years. They only charge flat price ,and include Web hosting, Shopping Cart system,….. etc. I think that would be the most inexpensive way. The builder allows you to create your web page easily without knowledge of programming language.
