i just got an old VERY mishandled gocart. it has a Briggs and stratton engine. and the carburetor is attached to the engine and the gas tank. it is strange. the fuel filter is on a straw. that hangs down into the gas tank. and i was wondering where i could get a new one. or if i could just get some fuel line and a fuel filter and just make a new one. and if it mattered either way.

   Just take the filter with you to the shop where you will by a new one. They will hook you up with a new, updated version.

   Hi,
   If it is gravity fed you can put on any filter you can that is adaptable.
