no reason why not… but I would suggest using a gear set from a 5 (or more) speed bike and "ball-bearing" wheels…
May I suggest that if you are peddling that thing down the street, you wil be squashed, because no one will see you down there close to the ground. Stick with the bike and stay alive. (LONGER)
