How do i make a pedal cart that can fit 4 people and has pedles? Its made out of wood?

Ive tried to think of a way to make the pedles but if it goes to fast, it would cut off our legs i could just make it electric but it would be harder ...



Ive tried to think of a way to make the pedles but if it goes to fast, it would cut off our legs i could just make it electric but it would be harder i need a simple to build design that has brakes, steering, pedles or a engine, and it has to be big enough to fit atleast 4 people. lol i wanna go fast down a hill. (: :)

    why dont you set it up like a paddle boat
    or well use a paddle boat altogether and install a bike free rolling sproket where the chain attaches and then go almost directly to a gear setup(like a 10-21 speed bike would have) but hey if your going to do it try to keep the paddle thingy
    then you will have it geared for on the trails/beach with the posibilty of some water travel

    sounds like a redneck yacht club idea but hey many good things start as wierd ideas
