I was wondering if the gear ratio is the same on the engine as it is on the axle ( running with a chain ) How fast do you think it could go with a 4 horsepower engine? Its a standard 4 wheel golf cart and I may cut some plastic off. Could anyone help me out?

I was just asking cause I already have the engine and am getting a golf cart so I was wondering if it would be worth it but if you ever look back could I ask what size of engine I should get to make the Golf Cart go about 50 – 60 km/h?
