Ok i am a 13 year old kid, 5′ 1"(yes im small) but i wanted to know where i could find a blueprint for a do it yourself progect. yes i have experiance with this kind of stuff i just needed a place to get blue prints and know what are al the supplys that i need.
Building a cart is a lot of fun. More fun is having a place you can use it. Check out places you can take your cart adn if they have any rules you should be aware of before you gt started.
