Well for one, you will definitely need a spotter at all times so you don’t get hurt. As for actually doing a backhand spring, front hand spring, or an aerial, I can only give you tips.*Its best to look into hiring a professional to help out with this sort of stuff because they know what their doing and they know how its done* .

Backhand spring- You need to know how to do a back bend. Start in the squatting position, and pretty much throw yourself backwards into a back bend, and kick over into standing up.

Front hand spring- It would be best to know how to do a front flip also. Bend your knees, and start like how you would do a front flip, and go into a hand stand, then from there, fall backwards into a back bend and then stand up. You can’t do this slowly, it has to be done in a matter of seconds.

Aerial- Get a running start. Do what you would do for a one handed cartwheel, but get more air and tuck your arms in, as if you were blocking yourself in a boxing match. Tucking your arms in allows you to go faster and higher.

Hope this helped ! Good luck !

you can’t ask yahoo answers how to do these things and expect to pick them up. you need someone to help you in person.

I think it’s abit risky to try it yourself, so maybe get someone who knows what they’re doing to help..

You really need a teacher, so you dont get hurt. All those things are HARD, especially if you dont have someone helping you. I’ll try to give you tips.
Backhandspring- start out by sitting like almost squatting and then jump up and throw yourself backwards, dont try to flip yet. after you can throw yourself back really hard you have to jump back up and flip over at the same time. you have to have at least one, preferably 2 people spotting you, otherwise your gonna land on your head.

front hand spring- get a running start, like 4 or 5 steps really fast and just throw yourself into a handstand and keep straight like a pencil and land on your feet. you need lots of momentum or you land flat on your back, and that hurts. if you cant land straight up at least work on landing on your feet with your knees bent, then work on landing straight standing up.

aerial- try doing pop cartwheels first (regular cartwheel then pop up your hands as soon as you can.) you just have to get a good running start and do it, make sure your hands are ready to catch you so you dont fall on your face, dont be afraid because then you’ll always put your hands down.

Always have a spotter for back hand springs, I recomend trying to find a teacher or at least someone who knows how to do these things to help you.
