I have never seen anything like blueprints. We have made tracks, and they always evolve as you build them, and as you use them. I’m guessing you are going to use dirt, so just keep fooling around in your space and see how you want the turns, and how tight they should be. Learn how long of a stretch your go cart needs to get to top speed, and make your straight aways about that long. Also, if you are going to do jumps, add them after you have built the track, and put them in places that are easy for people to pass on, that always makes it more interesting.
I would seriously just keep foolling around until it makes sense.
