800cc efi liquid cooled 4 speed manual it goes 80 mph top speed its a four seater 57.9" tall and 149.6" long and 66.9" wide the ground clearance is 11.5" safety equipment are horn,full roll cage 4-point sholder harness/seat belts and emerrgency flashers and parking brake and the instrumenation: speedometer digital odometer fuel guage lights: high/low beam headlights tail lights brakelights turn signals and last the front tiers are 25 by 8-12 and back tiers 25 by 10-12

   Unless it can be registered with the DMV and given a license tag it isn’t legal for street use.

   You can drive it anywhere as long as you don’t get caught. Just because it is capable of driving on the road doesn’t mean it’s legal to do so. You would have to see if your state would even ‘register’ it as a motor vehicle….then you have to pay all those crazy road fees and inspection fees
