hi have u finished the game? theres a gocart in los santos at mad doggs house near a ramp- only there when the game’s past a certain mission. theres also another at the back of a fuel station near the army base in san fearo (whatever its called) and i think theres a track on san fearo near the beach on a hill on the far west of the island. hope that helps also go here http://www.cheatcc.com/psx2/gtasa.html and then to the strategy guide theres a link near the top. i hope i helped
There’s one at Madd Dogg’s mansion, probably by the back door.
there is no go kart track you just race on the roads
