My cousin is a very good gymnast but she does not go to gymnastics. She wantz to know if she iz to old to join. But remember she never went to gymnastics and can front flip, splitz, handstand, high kick, round off and back hand spring and cart wheel, is she too old?
she’s definitely not too old. I started gymnastics when I was 13 and being older you get moved up quicker because it is easier for you to process the tricks that the coaches are trying to teach. Starting late just means you won’t make it to elite level but you can definitely get far.

No I started around that age and I still can’t do all that I think she would do great.
