My electric golf cart is hard to shift. The shifter is located under the seat. Right for forward and left for reverse. I lubed all the connections and it’s still difficult. I’m thinking there may be a bushing that went south.
depending on the year of the ez go theres two fixes. older carts have the contact board behind the shift lever, 93 an newer have a rod that contect from the backside of the lever to the passenger side under the seat where the contacts are. so if its newer loosen the lock nut on the shaft, if its older get new contacts on the switch board an replace them all….not just one
