why is it when i start my gocart it will idle alright but when i rev it it will rev and stay reved for abut 2 seconds and if i hold the throttle for l...
why is it when i start my gocart it will idle alright but when i rev it it will rev and stay reved for abut 2 seconds and if i hold the throttle for like 3 seconds and let go it will rev high for a few more seconds?
Is the throttle return spring working ok ?

also another spring between the carb, and the flywheel linking a rod to the govener control
