You don’t give much information but usually you are limited by what will fit on your rims. If you have a choice go for tread tires that don’t require much air pressure and are wide.
Ya, those wide, low air pressure tires are great for building up friction and making it more difficult to move….. (dont listen to that…)
Since you are not motorized, youre working under human power I assume. You’ll want the hardest, smoothest tires you can find to have the least rolling resistance….
