Instead of having the traditional sweet 16 where everyone gets dressed up and dances (usually isn’t as fun for the guys), I was thinking going to velocity, which is an indoor go-cart track. (I’m a girl)

anyone else had bad driving test experiences? i failed for the second time today. i drive perfectly well on the road. i’ve had adults i know work with me on driving, and they all say there’s no reason i shouldn’t have my license.

the road test at the dmv office i went to (in titusville, florida) isn’t really a road test…it’s a small track, about the length of two houses in my neighborhood. the parking space on the test is nowhere near big enough to accommodate an SUV, lucky for me i have a compact car.

also, the examiners are real mean about it when you fail,lol. i can accept the fact that maybe i did mess up, but they could at least be nice about it, right?

altogether tho, im not going there again. id like to take a test that is actually a "road test," where i can show that i can drive. not on a dinky go-cart track.

On the way to my friend’s house I pass this business that is for sale. I go by it almost every weekend. It used to be some sort of recreation center, then a place that sells towing trailers, now it is going to be a fireworks store. Anyway, behind the building, from the road, I can see a collapsed waterslide, and a go-cart track with two go-carts on it overgrown with weeds, trees, and bushes (The carts are impossible to see from the road now, but I can still see them in places). The go-carts clearly haven’t looked like they’ve been driven recently (paint faded, tires flat, etc). I would like to have them to fix up and ride around, but would like some insight on how to inquire about them (once the business opens, that is). Should I walk in the store and ask the person running the cash register about them, or…? I wouldn’t think that they would mind me asking. What would a fireworks store do with a couple of junky go-carts on a track impossible to drive on anyway?

Were already goin bowling but is there anymore fun things to do such as an indoor go-cart track or something

I got it from a go-cart track, but it’s the actual size of a real car. Entire car is paneled fiberglass. I have pictures of it if needed.

ok, if money was no object, what type of exotic living room would you build? I personally would build a living room with a go-cart track around the outside and race electric go-carts.

ive watched speed alot and its so cool to see people win but im 13 girl and i want to start go cart racing so dont tell meh to get seasons pass to the go cart track cause im going to try that and get into clubs then later buy a go cart cause yah but from that stage should i have to get used to the track for some years? also im in calgary so are there any clubs where you can rent them and learn to drive?

I am 21 and I have always been into auto racing. Ever since I can remember I have been fascinated with the automobile. Now that I am nearing my graduation from college I have given serious thought into becoming a race car driver. The problem is I have no experience and don’t know where to start. Only racing I have done is at the local go-cart track. Is this a realistic desire? Where do I start?

I know someone who wants to create a new entertainment or recreation business in our town in california. We are still trying to come up with ideas. We are looking for some ideas.

So far we thought about doing a nickle arcade, a indoor go cart track, and a laser tag arena, and a sonic (the closest one is 30-45 min away) the reason we haven’t done these is becuase the go-carts would cost about 500,000, the other laser tag arena around us failed, and a sonic costs over 750,000. Haven;t researched an arcade yet.

What should I get him for Christmas? He is 20 and loves quads. He races quads in the NEATV series. I can’t really get him that kinda stuff though, because he owns his own shop. He doesn’t really care too much about music, and likes eating healthy. He does want a big dog, so i was thinking of adopting one for him. But I don’t know if he just plans on doing that together. I need help!

I am looking for a go cart track that is just that; a go cart track. My son is turning 13 next month, and I thought what a cool idea for a party. I am not even sure if there are laws about age or not. What I have in mind is just an oval-type asphalt area, I am not looking for an amusement park with go carting included. I just want to know if just an oval go cart still exsists. If so, well then me and my son are goin’ have som’ fun…

We were trying to plan a b-day party for our son (turning 8 ) and tried calling the number for Silent Thunder go-cart track listed on their website, but it states the number is out of service.
