i have a go cart but no engine so my dads friend gave one to me but before waisting money i was wondering if a 4 cycle engine with 2 hp will be able to move me and i weigh 129 and the go cart ??????

I had an idea of putting a motor cycle engine on a go cart and then driving it around, but first i need to know how much an engine would cost.

I have an old 360cc 4 cycle engine I want to put into a 4 or 3 wheel configuration.
Optimum would be a Big Wheel for an adult.
