THIS IS MY PROBLEM.
This school cop, who by the way is like 2 feet taller than me and he is young and intimidating is always staring at me. no joke. i have caught him but since i don’t like staring back at people i turn away really easily. once me and my sister (who works in the school) were sitting in one of the benches outside and the cop guy comes in his police car and parks it right in front of us. have no idea why he did that but he stayed in the car for like a few minutes and then went inside the school building. Like in the lunch line (there is 2 lunch lines) if I go on 1 line he moves to that line when he sees me and when I go on the other line he moves to that one. When my friends and I sit down on a table he moves all the way from one side of the cafeteria to the other. I have noticed. Even outside when he is "patrolling" the area in a golf cart, i see catch him looking at me.
I have not told my sister about this. I bet she won’t believe me. any suggestions?
By the way, if this helps.. I’m in Athletics. I’m a girl of course. And I am in High School. I’m just asking for ways to make this guy understand that I don’t like him, I never will and that he better stop it! I have tried ignoring it but I just can’t. I feel uncomfortable and I don’t know if its my imagination or what but… I don’t know how to explain this… I need advice.

im wanting to get around town, and not spend money. i want something that goes about 35 and up at the most……..i know golf carts cant do that, but what golf carts DO do, is they carry more than one person. i want to be able to carry at least one other person.. two would be good, three other people would be GREAT. what do you prefer and where can i get one in Indiana for around 350? .. doesnt have to be perfect, i know a little bit about electronics and stuff. and i know i cant find a perfect golf cart/ bike for 350. thanks!

So there’s this proctor lady at my high school, and all the proctors drive in golf carts because the school is large. Anyways, SUPPOSEDLY (according to her), there’s a rule that you cannot buy from the vending machines during class time. She tells the kids to give it to her, and she just takes what they bought. She never gives it back, or mentions anything about returning it. Then she just drives away. (SHE PROBABLY EATS IT ALL!)
To my knowledge, this is considered STEALING because she has no right to KEEP what we BOUGHT. Is this true?

Also, after school, the proctors drive around in their golf carts screaming at kids to get off campus (liability issues perhaps? dunno). If you don’t get off, they scream at you more. This same food-stealing lady actually CHASES kids in her golf cart, trying to scare them so that they will get off campus faster. Many people have told me that they were scared she was going to run them over, because she would drive behind them really fast and give them an evil death glare.
Is this illegal? Some kinda…indirect threat? Using the vehicle as a threatening weapon?

This lady is crazy. I don’t know why the school administration is laying off good teachers when there are psycho proctors that definitely need to go.

Not sure of the year, but I would guess 99 or newer. It has a Yamaha 3 position ignition switch with 6 pins in the back. (3 position meaning off, headlights on, and headlights and engine on) I need to know which wires/pins are which so I can change the switch to a newer Ez-Go 4 pin 3 position switch. Can anybody help me out? This golf cart doesn’t have turn signals or break lights. I need the 2 wires for the headlights and the 2 wires for the engine to hook to the new 4 pin switch.
I just found out that the yellow wire is hot and when jumped to the blue/white wire the headlights come on. Alos if the yellow wire is jumped to the blue wire, the engine runs when the gas pedal is pressed. This is only 3 wires so far — I was told I need 4 to hook to the new ignition switch.
Ok — if the gas pedal isn’t pressed — jumping the yellow and blue together still gets the engine to turn over and it shouldn’t turn over until the gas pedal is pressed. NEED HELP FAST PLEASE.

Ok so heres the deal…….Im a 13 year old girl (about to turn 14) and ive always wanted a Four Wheeler but my parents say im TOO young. So i started suggesting other things like Go Carts but they still say im too young. You know with the air conditioning lights a stick pedals seat covers wheel cover a new moter and if I take the cover off the go cart how do I make a new one also will I need a better motor and wheels also I want it to have a radio with speakers and also finally I want custom doors on it along with a new paint job and a built in phone for calling how do I put that into a golf cart?

I own a golf cart that was an extra cart from a golf course. I know that there is a safety control/safety clip in the engine that automatically makes the brakes slow down the cart if your going over 20 mph. But if you take the clip out then the cart won’t slow down. I wanna know where the clip is, how long it will take to get it out and what tools I would need. I hope someone helps.

I live in a gated community with houses ranging from .2 .7 million, every house backs up to the golf course and everyone is wonderful to live by. Problem is the other day I hear Boom! Boom! Boom! so I went outside. Two cars pull up and 11 people get out. They were looking at the house two doors down. One of the kids starts peeing in the street and one jumps on my neighbors golf cart and starts driving it over the flowers. The adults did nothing but say aah you gonna piss of the crackers and then laughed. I found out the names of some of them and they all have multiple arrests for drugs, theft and violent crimes.
We are going to have a community meeting at the club house tomorrow to talk about the situation. I came home the other day to find my fiance locked in the house, alarm on and she had a gun on the counter and pepper spray. She is scared that they will come back and so are others. We don’t know how they got the money to afford a house in our gated private community.
What can be done? Our neighbor is an attorney but is out of town. There will be at least 2 hired attorneys at the community meeting.
Has anyone dealt with an issue like this? We don’t want our neighborhood ruined or our property stolen. Please we need help! I worked very hard through my early 20′s to get to where we are and have spent months and tons of money to get my home the way I want it. I don’t want to move. Is there a way to keep felons out of your neighborhood? What can we do?

I use it to go to the barn to feed our horses, we have 2 ponds and one lake we drive out to each evening to feed the fish.

i am thinking of buying a gas golf cart for this summer and this golf cart is going to cost me close to 00.00 it comes with a radio and a built in cd player and leather seats plus lights that u can drive it in the dark so what do u think i think its a good idea but i want other people to tell me there ideas and i am just going to buy it for driving around my place and no i don’t golf i hate golf.

In late December I was riding my bike along a scenic strip near my grandfather’s beach house when his longtime neighbor lost control of his motorcycle after swerving too hard in reaction to kids on a golf cart darting across the street. He was ejected from the motorcycle and died on the side of the road from a broken neck and head injuries. I didn’t know him very well, but he’d been my grandfather’s friend for over 20 years, and was always so friendly, spirited and kind to us. I watched him go from being animated and full of life to being broken and gone in under a minute, and it was horrible and terrifying and just so surreal. I was already experienced with loss then and understood the fragility of ephemeral nature of life, and yet seeing it actually happen was just incomprehensibly awful.

I’d been bracing myself for the loss of two friends who’d both been gravely ill, and yet their deaths have also been so startling to me. The leader of a support group I’d belonged to for teens with cancer relapsed with breast cancer last fall, and we knew she hadn’t been doing well. I had tried to mentally steady myself for her passing, but still had this abundance of optimism that it wouldn’t actually happen. I truly believed she’d be fine. Tomorrow I am supposed to sing at this really iconic venue my church rented out for our Easter service, and when I received a call from her house number this afternoon I felt this surge of joy and relief because I hadn’t heard from her in a while and thought she must finally be better and calling to tell me that she had gotten my invitation and was coming. But it wasn’t her, it was her was son calling to tell me she had passed away earlier this week. I was in a parking lot and just stayed there for the longest time because I couldn’t even get myself to function properly and drive. I cried in my car and people starred at me like I was some teenage drama queen. (Why is it that when a child cries in public people are usually so gentle and compassionate, but if it’s a teenager or adult expressing raw emotion even in the semi-privacy of their own car people seem to be disgusted or embarrassed by it? All I was doing was crying, not like sobbing loudly or anything.) I came home and my mom and stepdad were at my dad’s house, which was weird, and she told me my friend Hannah who’d been in our group had died this morning. It’s just so surreal. All I could think about in that moment was how I was supposed to have redecorated her room for her as a surprise birthday present. I feel so much guilt because between her mom’s schedule and mine we were never able to coordinate getting Hannah’s room finished. She had just turned 17. She’d been sick for a long time, but once again, I’d felt so confident that she’d recover. The leader of our support group was in her 50s, but she still seemed way too young to die. I told my parents about the call from her son, and they were startled that she had died so shortly before Hannah, but not surprised at her death itself. My mom is a doctor, and has dealt with death personally and professionally so I guess it’s not as bizarre to her, but it really is to me. I feel like I do when I’m up at a really high altitude and it’s so much harder to breathe and makes me dizzy and disorientated. I’m not being normal.

It’s so odd because I was much closer to my friend and the leader than to my grandfather’s neighbor, but it’s his death months ago that just keeps replaying in my head. I keep thinking about how it seemed like a light switch being turned off, like that’s how fast the moment between life and death was. Several of my favorite people, my family members and friends, have died in recent years, and so I’m familiar with grief now. I understand the five stages of it and realize that I’m in shock and denial. I just feel like it’s odd that I’m in such a shock since I knew it was coming this time. For so long my head had been telling my heart to prepare for this day, but my heart just wouldn’t listen because it seemed so unreal. I just can’t get over how extraordinary and unnatural death seems to be, regardless of the person’s age or circumstances, or the fact that death is such a natural and necessary part of life. I felt like death was a little surreal even when my great-uncle passed away at 98. Just the juxtaposition of two opposite state of beings, of life and death, within the same minute is just so…….. strange. Does anyone else feel this way? Maybe I’m being immature to think of it as being so odd? I can be naive sometimes.
I’m sorry this question is long and rambling. I’m just typing without really thinking about whether this makes sense. I’m not asking this out of self-pity or a desire for sympathy. I apologize if anyone construes it as being a plea for attention or condolences. I’m just curious to know how others have reacted to death. How old are you? Have your reaction and attitudes towards death changed as you’ve aged?

all of the sudden when I hit my brakes in my golf cart the left rear wheel gets locked up and wont realease, after hitting the pedal a few times it does but goes back to the same situation when I brake again, those are shoes brakes and they are activated by cables, is time to change brakes?
or it may be that the cables are rusted? any ideas.???

about 2 months ago at night some friends and i used some illegal drugs (cannabis) and i was riding on the back of a golf cart (with 4 seats, 2 on the back and they had those railings that go along the sides and the corners and stoped in the middle so you get in and out.) well im riding on the back standing up holding on to the bars. we were all in a different mindset because of the drugs. but we rode up the street a little and hanged u-turn, started down to a circle culdasac which is downhill a little, well were flying down there pretty fast the driver slams on brakes and turns sharp to the right on a dime i fly my left leg hangs over bar with my foot pinned under the seat and i fall over and like hang after my head smacks the asphalt going about 20mph i dont get knocked out, i get to my feet i feel dazed and light-headed no blood or anything but my neck and back of head ache bad. when i get home in the middle of the night i have my mom drive me to the ER i get a cat scan and temp neck brace.doctors said everything is fine til this day my neck hurts but im worried somthing is still wrong .and now i have been going to the chiropractor twice a week since . is there anything the could have overlooked or is there anything else i should be worried about even though it was 2 months ago? please let me know……thanks

Well ok we were racing in a golf cart and my foot got stuck on the pedal so i some how ended up out of the vechical and it just kepted on going and slambed into my friends backporch….. i was fine and so was he but the poor porch was bent a little in i know your suppose to feel guilty and im just about to die from freaking out. I usually i really good driver and over 3 years never had an accident so it just makes it worse. should i being worrying over it so much??????? Would you be mad if that happend to you even though it was an accident?

I plan to use a mattress and a bedframe as my kart. I heard of some people doing this and I wanted to do it myself. Now I will have some help. My brother has a masters in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelors in Physics. He said it is possible but would be sorta difficult.

The only problem I have is I don’t know what kind of engine to use. I just want an engine strong enough to propel one person (preferably 2 people) and for 600-800 dollars.

What would be good? I was thinking a golf cart engine with a car battery but that wouldn’t go really fast.
