It sucks your out in the hot sun all day pushing shopping & heavy lumber carts & loading 60 & 80 pound bags of concrete all day… All you do basically is Lift Lift Lift Lift heavy stuff that customers cant…. Which really aggravates your back at the end of the day. 8 hours of this all day… Im pretty fit… But i lost about 10 pounds working out there… now i look small framed… & that sun really does a number on your skin… I don’t have no kids or bill’s but one a 350 dorm room rent.. The only problem is the job pay’s good really good & i will for sure be making 3-4 doallers less wherever i go.. But i dont care i wanna go back to school & as long as i have rent money & sum cash left over im good…i cant look for a new job yet because im always There!….i just wanna get fired that way i can get Unemployment to help me 4 a while…. I been there 2 years & have to get out… i have to go back to school or it will never get better rite so should i?
I’m 21…& have a lot off catching up on my education to do & i feel that this job is locking me out of that…it’s like it’s my career!…wake up job home….wake up job home..etc..etc…there’s no time to do nothing!!!! but eat & sleep & i only have 2 days out the week for myself…i just wanna quit & go back to school..i rather wake up every day going there then a job that’s taking me nowhere

I’m in a store Like walmart at a Ski Resort shopping, and I have Rollerblades on. There is also a baby in a carrier in my cart. A kid I have seen from school, but don’t really know him is there, his name is Eric Chung. He is there with his mom and they are talking about a relative getting a new job at Burger King. They are also wearing rollerblades. Next thing I know this guy grabs the front of my cart and starts running with me on rollerblades, I can’t stop him. He makes a sharp turn, me, the cart, and the baby go flying. I’m about to shout "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?" (hesitantly, for some reason, I get the feeling I am there with my school) but I wake up at the beginning of shouting "WHAT"

This dream for some reason sticks out to me. It came to me in a nap, and It’s been about 40 minutes since I woke up, and I remember it vividly. Normally I forget my dreams or just disregard them within 10-15 minutes. Whats up?
(Most of these occurred before the Wal-Mart scene, but at the Ski-Resort. Pretty much just random scenes in the dream)

- at some point in the dream I was eating with my friends in a cafeteria-like setting. Kind of like what I have at school.

I’m only 17 and I just got my first job at Kmart pushing carts for part time. I was excited to get this job, and I liked it during the training and everything. When I started my first real day, it was okay but I am already starting to hate it. I turn 18 in July, which I will be promoted to something else, most likely cashier. I was hired only two weeks ago and to be honest i’m hating this job already. I can do the job with no problems, greet customers, push carts, help other employees if needed, it’s all simple stuff that’s not hard work but I hate just going in for work. I don’t mind the customers at all, i’m used to them since I worked part time for one of my family members at his business. I really don’t care for most of the employees there, I like a few but most just seem to give others a hard time. Also the bosses/supervisors were nice during training, but lately they are no help to me at all. Any questions I have or any concerns they completely ignore me or any of the other employees.

To be honest I don’t want to go back in which would be monday, i’m seriously considering quitting my job, I only worked two weeks for them and it’s hard for me to go in to work. Another thing is I don’t seem to have the energy or time to do any school work because of my new job which is causing a big trouble. This is my first job and I don’t want to leave on bad terms so I am going to write a letter of resignation and turn it in on Monday and just quit right there and then. I know that giving a 2 week notice is more professional but I have no interest at all in working for them for any longer.

So I would like to have some of your guys opinions on this?

Keep in mind this isn’t really a money kind of thing, it was more of getting a little job experience so I know what to expect for the future. I graduate in late May/Early June and I plan on getting a full time job when I turn 18 in July, not as a cart pusher thats for sure lol.
