    A standard wire welder that runs off 110 volts should do the trick. They set on a bench top and don’t cost an arm and a leg.

    Depending on the experience you have in welding, you would probably want a wire feed welder. You can buy a residential type welder at your local hardware store that you can plug into a 110 volt outlet.

    But make sure you use the correct wire.
    And use it in a properly vented area.

    In my opinion, having a clean weld surface is the most important part in welding anything. (use a wire brush)

    it all depends on the thickness of the metal. is it tubeing,small one,angel iron 1/4 inch probaly a150 wire welder or with stick one with at least a heat range of 120 to 135 squaire tubeing about the same depending on thickness.Help any?
