I’m moving near a course that allows you to walk (a rarity here) and would like to buy a cart. Having never used one, what are the ins and outs to consider before purchasing one?

I see them from 30.00-300.00. Other than the obvious from the picture, what’s the real difference?

My usage – I would only using it when I go out and play 9 before dark. If I play 18, I ride. Flat here, no hills.

Are three wheels better than two? Are there certain features that really make a difference? Brands that are better than others?

Thanks!

Even though I have given up walking the course ( 86 years old ) I have noticed that golfers who now have purchased pull or push carts lean toward the 3 wheel variety with the larger wheels. They fold up nicely for transportation in the trunk of the car and wheel very well on the golf course terrain.I know of no particular brand but an honest salesman at a good sporting goods store should be able to assist you.
