yes they do because they try to help you get better and have more skill and my cheer lets us go to tumbling once a week you can also look at videos to help
If its a team that tumbles, yes. And realize that cheerleaders very rarely ever do a cartwheel, so you will only be doing it if they want you to progress to a round off and possibly a round off backhandspring later.
I think the only time I ever seriously did a cartwheel was coming out of a stunt. My bases popped my feet, and caught under my tighs instead of my hips, and tossed me over so instead of cradling or popping down from a stunt, I cartwheeled out. They look pretty cool.
