    Just mount the motor the same way it was in the car. Not that hard to figure out. Lot cheaper than trying to reverse the final drive. Fwd motors work the same way , mounted in the front or rear . as long as they are mounted the same way as the original. If your cart motor has a sprocket on the left side and turns cw, don`t change the motor. Move the sprocket to the right side.

    Turn the engine around? Use a motorcycle engine? A 2 stroke 250cc dirt bike engine is insane in a go cart.
