Because you shop in a cheap ass store, that’s why
next time that happens, go to the manager, kick the cart, and say, take this !#@#%$% cart and put it #%^%$# I know you see me coming, and hide the new shiny carts, and bring out the lemons. get out of the way, I am coming in.. yes?
